He might be a nice person but unfortunately the job was way too big for him. His small club mentality killed us in the end. The fact that the players doesn't know what they are doing on the pitch speaks volume. He was being out managed by other lesser known manager and our away form was not coincidental. His tactics really did have a direct effect on the result. Anyway, good luck to him and it is for the good for all people involved. So, has he gone yet?
