Does it really need answering?

He was fed up with Benitez along with the majority of Liverpool supporters at the time.

The mistake was thinking any change was a good change. I hold my hands up to that also.

Purslow probably has to take the ultimate blame as he could of made a much more sensible caretaker decision in Dalglish.

Are you starting to have doubts about our new owners? I am because Purslow and Broughton said they where the RIGHT people and ROY was.

If he is not sacked before the weekend then I worry about a Gillett & Hicks part two scenario all over again.

10 thousand seats empty 5000 of those where season ticket holders, are they going to re-new if he is still here?

No they wont Fenway better get their act together and fast !!!

YANKS OUT

I think we are all just waiting to see what happens next as if this match doesnt seal his fate, then he is pretty much untouchable.

Also agree with the players. They are rubbish. They cannot do the basics, and considering the wages they are on, they just disgust me.

Sad times..

why must you be so patronising?

Lakes, Roys sh!t, just accept it

some feel there is nothing wrong with the team and its just the manager, its more than that and always has been.

yet you post - best blame Roy for Gerrard missing a pen' - that provokes responses Lakes and does nothing to stop the petty arguments that go on in every thread.

anyway - where do we go from here? Time to give Roy the chop. If he's in charge when we go to Old Toilet I'll cry

I do have to agree with Penguins tho - your attitude to Roy is stark contrast to the one you show'd our previous boss and let's face it, not that much has changed has it?

just trying to get some to understand that we need new players and qwe will win nothing with the players we have, need a clear out, players and manager.

the club should have sacked Rafa this time last year and buy now we would have the right manager in place that can re build our club, not firefighter managers, real managers....that buy real players, not players that have rusted on somes bench for a year or are so unfit theu can not play for their new club for most of the year.

I'm surprised they have left him in charge for this long. Was just listening to 5 live and Lawro was talking about the attendance for new years day. 35k roughly? Alarm bells are ringing.

Cant wait for what Roy has to say

'' i think we were unlucky
i think we started off well and were unlucky to go behind. if Stevie had scored that peno we would be talking about a famous 3-3 fight back on par with the Milan final. we were value for money ''

Honestly mate why on earth right now would you be thinking of Rafa? You seem to take every opportunity to blame anyone and everyone except the manager. Your either still very bitter about Benitez, a relation of Roy or just out to start a flame war.

The only reason i'm not joing RH lynch mob which is taking place right now is because we are letting our beloved players of the hook and they Fcking DON'T deserve this. A part from Gerrard they all deserve a good kick and bllz. ALL of THEM.

Blackburn which is a poor team played with half it's started and opened us nicely because there players have heart and commitment ,what did our players have to show today??? NOTHING ,lasy frustrated bunch led by a dimwit clueless manager ,both combining in agonizing the red faithfull travling with them.

Roy is out that is a given ,poor :censored:. But what about the players. For me othern then the usual suspects we will need some shock therapy - release Johnson and release Torres. He doesn't fit the task at hand. He needs to play in Championship contending Team - we are on a long way of rebuilding ,release him free funds.

The only friends roy has are southern and in the tabloids you fit the bill alright of a southerner reading tabloids and believeing it !!!
