Damn it, I just found that out. I thought it was 2-0 which it was during the first half. Quite pathetic really, this should had been easy three points.

yeh well it was 2-0 and bulgaria scored 77 and 86th. Croatia really should've won being at home and being 2-0 up also.

FORMER Liverpool striker El Hadji Diouf was thrown off the Senegal team travelling to Liberia for a World Cup qualifier after reportedly whooping it up at a nightclub.

According to sources close to the team, Senegal's French coach Guy Stephan vetoed the player travelling with the rest of the team following Diouf's antics, reported in the Dakar press.

"It's him, or me. He's a professional and should know the team rules, which demand rigour, discipline and punctuality," a furious Stephan is said to have said.

According to press reports in Dakar, the Bolton forward stayed at a nightclub at Fann Residence until the early hours.

The reports said he would have been incapable of playing against Liberia.

Stephan's ruling meanwhile ruffled the feathers of some of the Senegal players who tried, in vain, to plead in favour of Diouf.

In the end Senegal flew to Liberia, while Diouf, who had driven to the airport in a bid to join up with the team, was left to drive back to Dakar on his own.

Diouf had been due to make his return to the international fold after a four-match suspension.

The forward, who was offloaded to Bolton after flopping at Anfield, was suspended following his sending-off in the the quarter-final of the 2004 African Nations Cup
