The team is far too good to get relegated. However, with Roy in charge, make no mistake, we'll go down.

no way, the team is very poor, only a few stars in it and they are backed up by players that Southend would not even buy.

total clear out is needed.........and a new striker.

Wrong.

This team is good enough to get into the top 6 lakes, but there is no confidence what so ever! Torres is playing like a league 2 player, Aurelio is just :censored: today, Kuyt, Skrtel, Agger and all have absolutely no confidence what so ever. Ngog and Maxi are the only players trying to create something

oh right so you think the team we have right now could win the prem, they have been poor under two managers.
and you now think that another manager can make them in a prem winning side?
i would keep 4 players in our team right now....and one of them better hit form and start to look happy or he can go aswell.

Lakes no one is saying that this team will win the league, everyone is saying that this team CAN do better than where we are! this is the same team that got 7th place, but now we are languishing in 12th place and 3 points away from relegation, it tells you something doesn't it? If Roy can't instill confidence in his players then we need someone who can and can get the best out of them

This season, with sides in the top 6 dropping points all over the place, under decent management this side could easily find itself in the top four and not too far off top. When you capitulate to sides like Wigan, Newcastle, Blackpool, Wolves, Northampton et al with a squad like ours which should at least be capable of beating those sides, then it just shows how some people will gladly lap up what the press feed them and ask for more. Soccer Saturday earlier was embarrassing to watch, yet Lakes there just takes on board the cack they spew as if it's fact.

Wrong.

That's correct ... It seems that the whole team wants Roy to go ...

well if Roy does have the players backing then they have 45 minutes to probably save his job, well for the time being anyway, really cant see him surviving today if this scoreline is not turned around
