Are they not just frustrated ?
Whelan gets slaughtered and won medal after medal even captaining us to trophies.
Barnes was here years and one of our best players in one of our best sides, winning medal after medal.
Aldridge ditto.

But if they criticise Rafa its not on ?

This is what i just dont get.

they can criticise all they want if they actually state facts and speak sense. whelan was criticising rafa when we'd just reached a second champions league final in three seasons ffs let alone the last 12 months when things went downhill. he also kept banging on about rafa having spent £300m which is a load of bull but we won't get into that argument again. in the end i just felt he was saying these things to gain publicity. lawrenson the same. gets paid a fortune as a pundit but you can tell he has no way near the same love for the club as some other ex-players.

it disappoints me even more when the likes of phil neal and alan kennedy come out and support the idea of a groundshare.

so is there any ex players that we are ok with  ???

Rafa can only dream on.. stepping back in Anfield no way.

fans who want him back reminded me of a plot in a movie we are all so familiar about:
gal got repeatingly cheated by boyfriend but still willing to take the cheater back.

there. it's clear to many that for the past 6 months, you've spent most of your Newkit time on the Wafa thread. since he left, your posts count dropped. and now that he is apparently on the verge of a return, your starting to post once again as though you've got verbal diarrhea.

Pot calling the kettle black   You must be missing your PM buddy Dawson.

I have never actually seen any actual football talk from you where you rationalize your opinion, you just basically re-hash what you read. Before replying might I suggest a PM to one of your buddies to see what they think

Yes I would accept him because I like him, but then on second thought there are several cons.

That said, I think that's only possible if the players, the captains, the club, wanted that, and I'm not sure that's the case.

Plus, I can see aswell that there are other managers, and I would like to see the end of those petty discussions on Rafa.

I don't see it happening. I think Rafa will be back to Spain.

BTW, I have a confession to make. I like Mourinho now. :D He's wound up half the cúnts I hate around here, and that always helps!  :D

Nothing's black & white and it doesn't actually say he is completely blameless, just that it was always going to be difficult. I'm sure Rafa has made mistakes there just like all managers do.

Where is the balance ?

Its just poor excuses.

The part I quoted is a centrepice, supposedly undisputable common ground of a 2 sided argument, you need to read the link.

I dont need to read anything.

I read your post, that was not in any way balanced. It offered weak excuses for a manager that has took a side that have won the league 5 seasons in a row into struggling to make the europa league spots.

There is no excuse at all.

Can't you read like? The. quote. is. PART. OF. a. balanced. piece.

Yeah course i can.

But i am not overly bothered.

Why did you only post the subjective part rather than the full article by the way ?

I would hate to see rafa back in the club, I just can't see how it woudl benefit us, he has saddled us with a completely sh!te squad of overpayed disinterested rubbish players so why would any LFC fan want him back, it really is bewildering. have people forgotten how bad we played last season, how most of the players looked totally p!ssed off, how Stevie repeatedly looked confused at Rafa's subs etc etc.
