I won't celebrate Rafa going........ but I will be over the moon if Dalglish comes in. League within 2 years if he gets the job, AND YOU CAN QUOTE ME ON THAT.

To be fair it should mean fu'ck all to us. He was our manager now hes not. Its irrelevant.
But Im sure we will have a good old debate about him coming back
No chance of that though. The new owners are looking forward

Well i for one would welcome him back with open arms. He inherited a poison challace at inter and any manager would. Things are different at anfield now. He could concentrate on the team now, rather than fighting the owners

I would be amazed if he came back. Its a backward step and if NESV go down that road its one hell of a gamble. Rafa took us 7th last year and the team he left behind needs a complete rebuild, not to mention hes destroyed a treble winner and European Champ outfit within a few months since. Great memories but the fella needs a break to get back on track at best and we cant risk it. Loyalty and liking the fella is one thing but we need to do whats best for Liverpool not personal affection and Benitez is stinking places out at the moment no question about it.

Well going from Rafa to Hodgson was a step backwards so going back to Rafa would be going forwards from Hodgson but its not going to happen IMO and think Rafa should take a good months out to recharge batteries now and then get a club in summer - if it's us I would be delighted

He should have taken time out with his family and tried to get his head together. Instead he rushed into the Inter job and its blown up in his face. Looking at that picture with the tea and him laughing, he must have already knew hed been sacked but was grinning like a loon.
He needs a rest

That's the grin of a man who's about to receive 'another' kings ransom, for being $hit at his job.

Well done sir

Why don't we bring back Dossena while we're at it?

How about bringing back Masher or Arbeloa or Xabi or Crouch or is it just focusing on that bad buys ?
