Lucas and Meireles are our midfield, no one should be able to take either out of our starting 11 right now not even Stevie. They have been class in about 4 of their last 5 or so paired together and it's really enjoyable to watch them work.

I would say a fair first half game hasn't elevated to a high level. Villa are terrible and we are playing calm and patient.
I think Kuyt and Maxi aren't being felt enough which is a shame. Luca and Meireless are dominating the CM and Ngog and Babel are very active.

Good Result so far. Let's get some more.

They only lost 4 of their matches last year and they're doing ok'ish.
