LIVERPOOL VS WEST HAM - Saturday 20th november 17:30

Liverpool Football Club - Games

Postby mkingdom » Fri Nov 19, 2010 1:42 pm

I'm starting to get the feeling that Roy is digging his heels in now.

He MUST know the fans feelings on the likes of Poulsen and to some extent Konchesky, but he persists with them.

After what could be the worst ever Liverpool display ever versus Stoke, most managers would shake the team up, and show those who played that it is not acceptable.

But no, Roy will go with Poulsen for sure, and not give any youngster a chance in the absence of Gerrard.

I would play

                Reina

Kelly   Carra   Agger (if fit)   Aurelio

Kuyt    Merieles  Shelvey   Cole

            Ngog  Torres

If we don't win this one, then surely Roy has nowhere left to go other than the exit?

On my 19th Birthday, i went to butlins adult weekend 1 year ago and we beat Everton 2-0, Mashcerano/own goal, and Kuyt.

Today i am off again for my 20th, so it's only right that i go for a 2-0 Liverpool win with Kuyt getting on the scoresheet again!

Up the red men! :D

What the feck is Butlins Adult weekend???

Butlins is a holiday park and adult weekend is when its for over 18s only lol.

Just a very messy weekend usually and a good laugh.

Ok, who's fit and who's unable to play? Seems like nobody knows. All I know is that only Lucas and Gerrard are unavailable for sure, not sure for the rest. If only those 2 are out than we may try something like this:

                         Reina

    Johnson   Carra       Skrtel/Agger   Konchesky/Aurelio

                 Meireles       Poulsen

  Kuyt                                       Jovanovic/Maxi/Babel

                         Cole

                       Torres

Or we even might go with a 4-4-2 with Torres and N'gog up front, Poulsen and Meireles in midfield and Cole and Kuyt as wingers. If we play this we may even use Kuyt, Jovanovic or Babel instead of N'Gog. All is needed right now is a good line up and tactics and some motive in the players. Wont be easy but we must win games like this one.

Agger and Cole are also out for sure (Agger probably won't be back before christmas whereas Cole might be ready for Spurs next weekend).

It will be interesting to see which team Roy puts out - especially re the midfield (I'm quite sure Poulsen will play instead of Lucas whether people like it or not).

I fear it will be a very tough game, as I'm not sure West Ham are as sh!te as the table suggests, whereas we are not exactly awesome (and are missing some important players). I'd take a scrappy win tbh (also to stay in the LMS comp. :D).

I don't understand why we need Poulsen against West Ham, i mean seriously West Ham? :censored: me! Fabio should play cause Konchesky's :censored: and Pacheco should be on the bench at least. But i expect a defensive team with boring tactics, it's going to be a slog of a match.

Wish him well

Our job is simple, to support the club, not just parts of the club that are easy to support, but every one who plays a part, that includes ALL players.  We are stronger when we are all walking in the same direction. Walk On
