Let me get to the point, our team has a footie game this saturday and its a must win situation for us and we play a dangerous team that has a fu*king pacey striker so its gonna be hard esp for me cause i'am a central defender. He told us if we loose he will kick a ball at each of our players from 2 metres out and we must have a hands behind our backs so any of my front body will get fu*ked and hes gonna to it to our whole team if we loose!

for like 2 weeks straight or something.

Hes so fu*king thick aswell, hes a newcastle supporter and uses newcastle tactics and sh*t, hes suck a knobhead

I need help what can i do

Chiggz, if I remember rightly, your just a pup, so I think I know ewhats appenin here.

I reckon that your boss has read a few phscology (sp) management books, and the first rule of management is identifying what drives people, the carrot or the stick. In lay mans terms, wether people respond to and work better/harder/more efficently when encouraged, or when disciplined.

I think your manager has the wrong end of the stick (see what I did there), and has only read part of the book.

If you win, he will think it is cus he threw the stick at you, but if you lose and he threatens the spot kick routine you mentioned, telephone the FA or NSPCC.

I like judge's approach, he's a bully! Remember theres at least 11 of you and 1 of him. 4 to pin him down, 6 to kick the sh!te out of him and 1 to stand lookout. He can't get away with bully boy tactics.

You could let the Hustler know and he'll help you, he's a body builder with a loada pikey pals.

He cant, he runs a stall selling lucky heather and stolen clothes from local washing lines at Greaty market every Saturday.

I was always under the impression that the best way of dealing with the threat of a 'pacey striker' is to give him a few kicks in the first 5 mins of the game. They usually sulk after that.

Good luck firstly and if you can get away with it smack the striker

Follow the coach tactics but if he gets you after the game no matter how scared you are punch him if he tries to hurt you. If he then does you look at him and tell him same again tomorrow then go round his house and punch him again

Fear should never rule your life we all suffer from it just control it and think about the positives like this idiot wont bully me again
