More than ever I'll be looking for the manager to show what he's all about in this game, look to win it or consider a point good enough ?.

Bit mad and it's not gonna happen but I'd love to see him start with 442 formation, wouldn't slate him if he surprised us with this.

.                                     Reina

. Carragher        Skrtel                   Kyrgiakos           Konchesky

.   Johnson   :wwww      Meireles   Gerrard                    Aurelio

.                    Maxi                       Torres

that looks like a good formation Woof. i do wonder how fit Johnson is both mentally and physically. Aurelio at leftwing is interesting but it makes sense at he can help Konchesky out in defense.

I think it's worth having big greek and fabio auerlio both on the pitch just simply for set pieces. lethal left foot and bullet header.

Mate the idea is that although on paper we have six out and out" defensive" players, both flanks would have fullbacks and wide men able to interchange position with confidence. Johnson and Aurelio are more than capable of getting forward and delivering good balls into the box as are Carragher and Konchesky . We could easily bounce a solid seven/eight man defensive system into a five/six man attack.

i'm hopeful for tomorrow. We've got momentum from 3 wins and Chelsea haven't looked great in their last couple of games.

I'm going for 3-1  :oh:

I'll have what ever it is you're drinkin' mate.

Love your optimism but I reckon it'll be 2-1, and I'm not betting on which side scores the 2
