well im sorry most good players will potential can beat teams like norwhich with 40 + thousand home crowd but when there away they freeze cisse showed imporvement at chelsea and kirkland hasn't played in the first team and did better than these spainsh guys put together yeh hes played in the premier league b4 but he was also comin bak from injuryed and nunez i dnt think he will ever play a football game with the amount of time his spending on the treatment table and i never seen the man city game to comment on it.

I don't think you understand the nature of this game. What you are saying makes no sense at all.

Let me used the example again "The two year old can walk better than all the 7 week year olds put together"

Of course he can he learned to do so before and knows how to do it properly.

Now adapt that to players playing in a new league.

It will take step by step for new players to adapt to a new league. What you have put in your head is that every player who signs for Liverpool has to know how he's team mates are thinking,etc.. in a short period of time. You expected our midfield to be like Arsenal's in 7 league games because we signed new players. Which is impossible, it takes time.

It took Arsenal 5 years to play like they are now and here you are convinced that the three new player we have now should be at the top of their game.

Simply you think the signings we made were a waste because we haven't won every single game in the season so far.

We are not the Liverpool from the 70's or the 80's. It will take much longer than 7 games to get into the shape Rafa wants us to be in.

yeh i know it will take time but where is the commintment and passion away from home they get a huge paycheck and some of the do absoutley nothink and we the supporters are paying to see us play well full of praise for them against norwhich but against chelsea they well none exsitsent. especially garcia he was light wieght against chelsea wat did alonso do i hardly see his superb rage of passing that he displayed against norwhich josemi had his worst perfomance for us and i dnt expect us to be playinh how aresnal play it took ferguson 7 years to win the title and he nearly got the sack. but where was the commintment and passion only from jamie carragher yeh he is one of us through and through but they weren't even talking and no tracking back from garcia waste of free kicks from alonso diao and traoe i prefer not to comment of them yes they had one of there better games for us but there not lfc quality and never will be.

This can go on forever, but to sum it all up. It will take time before you see Garcia and Alonso at their best.

mista may be a good player but do we really want 5 regulars to be spanish?  i don't mean that in any kind of racist way but i see it like this:

arsenal field lots of GOOD french players and we all know what the french have achieved in the last 6 years (their players being an integral part of that)

we'd be fielding lots of spanish and what have they done of late.....or ever (unfortunately)?

and this doesn't mean in any way that i think what we've signed is bad or not up to the job.  it's a thought.

comments/ideas?

I think definitely Vicente and also Ayala. Those are the two that we should definitely get from Valencia

It doesn't matter where they originate from, but the players have got to have heart when they play away from Anfield and this timidness is so worrying as even away in the CL, we have struggled and lost, except from the Strum Graz game.

On Mista, I don't think he will improve the squad where it matters most - in their minds - and also when marking at set peices.

Not just another number. I'm sick of this attitude by people. If you want to improve you have to sign something BETTER than we already have. Bringing Owen back and letting Baros get his dream move and bringing in Beattie would be a good start. :)

james beattie no thanks
