He has already won 5 leagues (think only 1 with Porto) in 3 different countries and won 2 European cups with two different teams (when was the last time a team like Porto won it?)
You mightn't like him, but you are wrong to say it is ridiculous to have him up there with Paisley, you may give Paisley the edge (which is fair enough) but that is all.
Mourinho is unquestionably an all time great.

Spain were euro champions when he took over and have an amazing team. I'm not sure he had that many tough calls to make.
That said , being an oldie, he might win it - like those old actors that get an oscar or giggs winning player of the season a year ago.
