nobodies taking it seriously are they? Ciggy posted a piece of info, make of it what you will. There's no need to talk about the sources credibility, discuss whether you believe its a good idea or not

Personally, it would be good for LFC, Hodgy is well out of his depth
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

Hang on - I gotta blast one o' those intergalactic three-headed alien thingies - one o' them just landed on the sunroom roof. Back in a sec.....

The fact that it's twitter doesn't make any difference if these sources are real of fake. It's the people tweeting, majority of the ones who were giving out info on the courtroom stuff were respected correspondents and news folk.

Bottom line is if something big is happening (and this doesn't just go for footy) it will be on twitter, sometimes even before the likes of sly news and bbc get wind.

Just like the ones who were in Dallas last week ? And pray tell who exactly is tweeting RIGHT NOW that the club is looking for a new manager then - John Henry himself ??

I think not....

What's JH got to do with LFCGlobe tweeting? If you spent 5 mins to take a look you would see that instead of making silly comments about the world being flat or whatever...

The point is, where's the credible source ? Eh ? Point is - there is none.....

OK smartarse look at all tweets in the last 2 weeks from tariqpanja and then tell me there are no credible sources on there. He is a writer for Bloomberg btw before you say he is another Lakes.

The point is he is a well known continental manager, the type of manager that is used to working with top players and getting results. Come on Niall he won the CL and several league titles with Barcelona. Are you really going to argue he isn't good enough to manage Liverpool? I think he is.

i agree who those who think frank rijkaard isn't good enough. the truth is that barcelona had for a couple of years probably the best team in the world with the best player of the world. valdes, puyol, xavi, deco, ronaldinho, eto'o, all of them in a top3 in their positions for me in theis best years...messi and iniesta from the bench. another players who were pretty consistent, marquez, van bronckhorst, giuly, larsson, van bommel. he did a good job, no doubt, but not as good as people could think. for me, people who make that time was more important than him, by far. and i mean former barcelona president, laporta, actual president who was vicepresident there in hi first years, rosell, who bought ronaldinho from psg because he knew him from his years working in nike. in his first season, he struggled in the first half badly, losing with potent malaga 5-0 and that kind of stuff. he changed tactic and players every match until it seems he just found one by accident. i have to say, i'd be really surprised if he ever does something similar to that in any other team.

Why do we want a Galatasaray reject nan?

We want someone on the up, not just freshly sacked!

Too many compromises....... we need the right one, not anyone.

Capello or better to wait.

Really ?! There is no doubt he is a step up from Hodgson .

might be a step up from hodgson, but hell I'll have MON over him any day

i agree. MON has experience with the English league and might be able to find some gems from the lower leagues.

Reg we potentially need someone in the next few weeks so it may well have to be a compromise. We are not going to get any top manager who is currently employed and fwiw I don't really rate Capello, even after years in the job he still doesn't know how to get the beat out of England. Also how long can we wait whilst we sink?
