Presuming that Roy is staying with us until the end of the season, where do you think we will finish this season?

Im realistic and say we could go down. I bet two years ago, newcastle fans never thought they would go down. Lets face it, is our squad any better than there's was ???? ???? ?????

I would imagine Roy would get in a few new faces, quality ones in the next transfer window so that should help. But of course that's assuming he can get them all playing as a team too. I think mid table to 7th or there abouts is where we will end up.

I love this Big Club thing. Is this based on grounds, attendance, trophy cabinets. If it is why dont we beat Chelsea, Manure etc etc. Come on even the Geordies have a bigger ground and had bigger gates in the Championship. Does that mean they are a big club  ???

Without the January transfer window, I would fear the worst, but spending a few million wisely in January should be enough to finish at least mid table. Sad times.

I dont want us down but, would you say at the start of the season that we could not beat Blackpool. History counts for nothing.

I predicted 5th-6th before the season started, but from what I have seen so far we will probably end up mid table at best.
