Roy needs to grow a set of balls and attack teams...we have made nowhere near enough chances in this game or all season!

Seems he has told GJ not to cross the half way line or his head will explode,we need GJ getting down the wing when he can...we also need Lucas off...a midfield pairing of him and Poulsen offers nothing in an attacking sense...Get Meireles on,fuc'k sake matchfit or not he cant play as bad as Lucas has!

Also why Roy prefers Skrtel to Agger is beyond me!

Thank god for Pepe...we are lucky to be at 0-0! :)

we aren't being outplayed by birmingham, we have more possession, but they have more dangerous chances. We were all over them the first 10-15 min, then Birmingham closed us down really well and they started to gain more confidence in attacking us.

Lets make a couple of subs, get out midfield back together and win in the 2nd half. Birmingham hasn't lost a home game in over a year, so don't expect this is an easy game

Three best players that half were Lucas, Skrtle, Reina.

Poulsen running about like a headless chicken. Full backs afraid to venture forward which makes the likes of Maxi suffer due to not even getting a kick of the ball. The gap in the midfield between Lucas and Gerrard is so big, we're forced to chip long balls harmlessly up the pitch which get harmlessly headed away. No bridge between the middle to the wide men to the forwards. Midifled is as shocking as I've ever seen it watching Liverpool play in over 20 years. Expect more of the same in the second half. If we play like this against United, they'll batter us.

jova has had some good moments but maxi has offered nothing at all, any threat from the right is coming from Johnson. Maxi off for Pacheco. Agree with moving stevie back in place of lucas/poulsen and bring a second striker on.

hmm you obviously didnt see Spain last weekend

no, did you? is it suppose to mean anything?

Torres scored twice, the first goal was world class.

You may have also forgotton the goal he scored against west brom last week....  ???

compared to the torres we know, its obvious he is very poor compared to 2 years ago. Its not even open to debate.

Poor so poor....a pack of lost sheeps roaming the pitch out there ,fcking depressing. I have no idea what Roy is trying to acieve and why the players are looking so lathargic and apatic. CB's have no control over the box (god praise Reina) ,Lucas continues to start (although paulson is weak as well) ,Gerrard has no presence, not one really came to play.

Our 2 best players are wasted at this time, simply because we dont have a midfield.

Not very good that was it? For the Lucas/Masherano axis read the Lucas Poulsen axis. We need to do something a bit radical, particularly with Rodriguez being absolutely awful. I'd bring babel on on the right, and lets have a look at this Moriales fella. He can't be any worse than Lucas surely.

Thank God for Reina, absolutely World Class.
