It's not very professional nor good for the forum having this argument in front of everyone. No wonder people are leaving!!

I agree with you Roberto however when a member refuses to enter into proper and private discussion regarding a complaint he has and instead elects to make continued posts flaming myself and other moderators despite our requests and warnings it is only reasonable in these circumstances that moderators exercise their right to reply.

The thread itself no longer serves any purpose (not that it ever did) and as you have suggested is now shut down.
