Only issue I have with Insua. He's too bloody slow... konchesky is a slight improvement £4m. The final signing will either be Ricky Van Wolfswinkel, Ola Toivonen or a suprise. Cos Raul Meireles was certainly a surprise!

We need a back-up striker, or at least A STRIKER, and a LB and that would be the main focus if I was in Woy's shoes. We might need other players but those are the two main concerns, a striker has been for TWO SEASONS but many are so wrapped up in either wanting nippy wingers or a left-back, or a centre back, or a creative midfielder etc that their focus is skewed from priorities.

Ones a defender and one was supposedly a defensive midfielder.... but this signing smacks of desperation, and that's why I liken it to Souness buying Paul Stewart in 1992.... another ridiculous dip into the bargain bin for a player nearly 30 ....that proved disastrous

Please can someone tell me intelligently why we can do no better than this
