MANCHESTER CITY VS LIVERPOOL - Mon 23/8/2010 ko 20:00

Liverpool Football Club - Games

Gotta say Roy kinda looks like he's a bit out of his depth.  Like he's unsure about what to do, to go 3-0 down and make no substitutions at all is not a good sign.

I remember Ure whacked us 4-0 or something then the following season we beat them both home and away including 1-4 in their :censored:.

Lads, we're going thru tumultous times, the club's in disarray.... what do you expect?

I'm WAY too old to get upset about one game.

I think we where before last season, the cancers, the in club fighting, the going whole going broke, the rumoured sale of all our best players and now a drubbing at man city.

Straw camels back comes to mind

shame really, what happened to backing the manager?

people need to chill down, I'm sure Roy knows this that we aren't good enough thats why he did not make any promises about top 4 finish. He knows we lack quality, but he has no money at his disposal so what can he really do?

nope. obviously there are those who expect instant results and others whose undying loyalty to the previous manager dying to slate our current manager with their "i told you so" mentality.

Set up wrong from the outset and looked tactically numb from start-to-finish. We used to boss these games. Now we look like we fear the likes of City and Arsenal.

exactly right - set up wrong, tactically exploited and the players look either like they dont care or that the knew how much of a shocking system they were setting up with and were resigned to losing from the moment City scored. I think this is the worst match of Dirk Kuyts career

Horrible times watchin games like these, but we need to keep our heads.

We can only improve as the season carry's on. Its Roys first away game in the prem against a side worth about 350 Million.

We need to calm down and keep backing the manager

Where's our fairy godmother with the bag of cash?  Please let someone very very rich buy us soon.  Football is about nothing but money now.  The game's soulless and mercenary and we may as well get some cash and get with the programme or it's down and down for us.  I know I said that it's early days and we need to wait and see what happens over the season .. and we DO.  But watching Manchester f**king City, ffs,  toy with us tonight has been a real wake-up call and I'm a little in shock here.  We need money fast.  Or we are gone as a force in English football.

They where, dont blame them.

:censored: off you tedious tw@t.  Call yourself a fan?  How many fans ENJOY watching their team lose, just so they can have cheap digs at the new manager. eh?
