Very, very harsh red. That was Cole's first foul, he isn't a dirty player and it wasn't even two footed just got their legs twisted up. We were too eager and impatient in that half though could have been much better if we woulda just held onto the ball more. Neither team played all that well imo, they had more possession but nothing to show for it really. We had the better chances.

That was no worse than Wilshire's tackle. Masch was just smart enough to see the foul coming and avoid it, unlike whatever his name was. So, no, that was never a red lads.

To be fair, from where the ref saw the challenge it looked shocking, like a scissor tackle, which is a red, from the oppo angle though you can see hes just trying to block it.

Yeh but did he need 2 slide so close 2 him? And be so hotheaded when rushing in.Its made a nothing clearance into a possible match winning decision 4 Arsenal, plus we do without him 4 another 3 games. Anyone whos ever played in defense (no matter what level) or has any intelligence knows that was a retarded decision by Cole. How can u mistime a slide tackle???

If Cole's tackle is Red So was Wilsher's ,Ref have no consistency and that's why there $hit...Other Then that poor half ,no control over the ball ,no movement..We are missing a Nasri like player desperetly. Oh well.

I think I'd be keen to see Babel on for N'gog. Down to ten men, plenty of room behind their back four, I think his pace would be very useful.
