LIVERPOOL VS ARSENAL - 15 aug 2010, ko: 16:00

Liverpool Football Club - Games

Postby Bermenstein » Sat Aug 14, 2010 1:17 pm

On Gillette Soccer Saturday, Le Tissier has just tipped Arsenal to win at Anfield tomorrow.

He's such an Ant-Liverpool dyik head.

He always want to wind Thommo up.

Im glad we're playing tomorrow, because I hate when Le Tiss commentates on Lpool matches on Gillette.

Defo win tomorrow for us.........I Hope

3-1 Cole first 100-1 :;):
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

Dont think Roy will risk Torres, but maybe he'll be on the bench.

Remember that Robbie Fowler 9 minute hat-trick all those years ago?

How we could do with a "Robbie" type display from someone tomorrow.

A central midfield of Aquilani and Gerrard would not fill me with confidence against Arsenal.  Pair Stevie with either Masch or Poulsen.  Ans, yes, I'd take Lucas over Aquilani in that position.

I agree with you, but Mascherano has no intention of playing for us, and Poulsen will need time to settle imo. Also Aquillani is ahead of Lucas for me.

Maybe swap Stevie as a DM for Aquillani as an AM...

Fowler's hat trick was in 4 mins 32 seconds.

Tnx. Wasnt sure wether it was just under 5 or 10 mins.
I was thinking under 5 mins was impossible.

Just goes to show what a gem Robbie was.

We are going to win tomorrow, you just feel it. I think the lads and fans will be as one and bang up for this game agaisnt the Arsenal. Was a time not so long back their boys had a shocking record on our park and they can be got at, no question about it. Raise the roof and we take all 3 I reckon.

SUPPOSSEDLY  the starting line up for tomorrow is....

Reina, Johnson, Carra, Skrtel, Agger, Masch, Gerrard, Kuyt, Cole, Jovanovic and Ngog.

Torres is apparently in the squad but Poulsen isn't.

I don't want to see Torres start honestly, the last thing we feckin need is him getting injured early in the season.  Hopefully we won't require his services at all and it'll be a smooth match.  Anyway, I am excited!!!! :D
