Probably no point me writing a letter, I'm on the other side of the world, and the post here isn't all that fast. Is there an appropriate email address at RBS I can send to (I don't want to spam anyone) does anyone know?

Just a thought...... but it might carry a bit more clout if you actually set aside a couple of minutes and penned it yourself rather than having your administration department make it somewhat impersonal ... I might be old fashioned but it adds a little finesse and a lot more class receiving a hand written letter ............   ???
I mean no offence in this suggestion but it kind of defeats the object having someone else draft it for you  ... most people have commitments but they still find the time in the midst of a busy work schedule to compose entirely unaided their own words

Signed...
Floyd stepped left and threw the hook that caught Hatton flush under the chin. Finally, the British champ had arrived in that mythical place of which his fans speak: Hatton Wonderland.
