No, thats the beauty of SHEDS.... you don't need planning permission and thats even if some of Hustler's gypsy mates are erecting it for you :laugh:

Depends on how much you want to expand

Thumb rule for houses is around 15% of your current ground floor square footage but do take into account type of house and reason for extension and any impact on neighbours  :)

Nora Batty once said "never trust a man who hasn't got a shed". I've got a family of asylum seekers living in mine, that shed'll have paid for itself in no time!  :O  :devil:  :alien:
