Looks like Pacheco is going to follow in the footsteps of Aquilani and Torres and win the best player award at the Euro U-19s

Sabes gonna be made up ,

Liverpool youngster Dani Pacheco is a target for La Liga new boys Real Sociedad.

Pacheco, who made his debut for Liverpool last season, is highly-rated at Anfield after joining the club from Barcelona in the summer of 2007.

The talented forward is currently impressing at the Under 19 European Championship with Spain and Real Sociedad are keen to bring him back to his homeland on a loan deal.

Liverpool boss Roy Hodgson could consider loaning out Pacheco so that he could gain some valuable first-team experience.

Sociedad president Jokin Aperribay has confirmed Pacheco is one of their targets, but he is unsure if they will be able to strike a deal for the player.

"Certainly Real Socieded are interested in Pacheco," Aperribay told El Mundo Deportivo.

"He is a player we have followed, but we do not know if we can realise this operation."

Yes, it's been rumoured around here for some days, but I'm quite skeptical about it happening, because I assumed that pretty much like the fans, Liverpool the club would want to count on Pacheco for this season.

Needless to say I'd be very happy to have Pacheco in my hometown club if Hodgson decides that a season on loan would make him a better player.

But I don't see it happening tbh.

Exactly what we should be doing... All jokes aside...

He's not ready for first team football yet and needs to improve the mental and physical sides of his game... With regular playing experience at a decent level he'd improve much faster than he would as a Liverpool reserves player who gets 3 or 4 appearances all season...

Realistically, he'll be competing with Jovanovic, Joe Cole, Babel Maxi, Kuyt, Gerrard, Aquilani, and perhaps even Shelvey and some other youngsters for 3  attacking midfielder spots..

Having 7 players who are currently better/more established than him is going to be tough for him... Loan him out for a season then see how it goes from there... Top goalscorer in an u19 tournament or not, hes not ready yet...

Here are some highlights from young Pacheco:

vs. Portugal
vs. Italy

His goals against Portugal are outstanding. It will make me cry if he leaves and becomes big.

Too much potential to lose, so play him regularly, whether he is good enough or not now, for the sake of the future. If he is not good enough now, he will be soon, and I want him in our shirt, not someone else's.

I fear if he goes out on loan to Spain he won't come back...

Never a good sign when a player goes out on loan, rarely do they come back and make it in the 1st XI - even at the mancs. While Beckham did go out on loan, he played like five games for PNE. Usually kids who are good enough are banging at the 1st XI door and in by the time they're 20-21, there will be the odd exception but if they can't even make appearances off the bench then the odds are they won't make it here.
Never buy from PC World, product quality is poor and their 'customer service' is even poorer

Bad move for me if he goes out on loan and especially on loan back to Spain. If this happens I think we can wave goodbye to the talented little Spaniard.
