Will the anti Rafas f'off and get a life, even now he's gone you cant leave it alone, f'ing pathetic.

I'm afraid that's a rather one-sided interpretation, Reg.  It seems clear to me that the so-called Pros are just as capable of getting stuck in the same old ruts and rehashing the same old flame wars.  It would be nice if everyone could find it in them to calm down a little and try to discuss things rationally.  I'd rather not lock this thread because I think Yossi's comments do offer an interesting new twist to a long discussed bone of contention: Rafa's man management skills.  Rafa remains the elephant in the room (not a fat joke, that) when it comes to discussing our current footballing prospects so I think it only fair that topics like this one stay open.  And, as far as I'm concerned, a broad spectrum of views are worth considering--not just ones that seek to dismiss Yossi's remarks as nothing more than sour grapes.

But it really doesnt matter if players say it or not. We are well rid of Rafa

And obviously the Liverpool players wouldn't want say anything that would offend the Rafa supporters.

Ahh!  A nice angle, hadn't thought of that.

I won't celebrate Rafa going........ but I will be over the moon if Dalglish comes in. League within 2 years if he gets the job, AND YOU CAN QUOTE ME ON THAT.

A Liverpool FC forum though should be about our current manager IMHO.

is this not a Lfc forum

col so the words Rafa WILL NEVER BE USED IN YOUR POSTS AGAIN......good to know  :D

just having a laugh nan, think we should all move on in truth and and sort the :censored: owners out and make them take the next offer.(if its good for the club that is)

i never said them words though

Ive moved on Lakes thats the problem , but a few wont let the lambasting of a man who should be respected for what he done go.
Yes i admit i will look and see how he is doing because i admired and repected him like he respected us fans, but i will also respect our new manager , why because he is the boss of my club,

Will that do for you

Nan as i have also said when it come to what has gone at our club in the last two years...only time will tell.

Ex players books and books by players at our club now will make some on here not feel that good about Rafa and how they stuck up for him for a very long time.

You should know full well mick, you can only have an opinion as long as it is in tune with everyone else's. Otherwise, well, your just a disgrace. How dare you put the club before personnel.

This thread, if you agree with yossi your a sh!thouse, if not your alright. Have a look at each post.

The anger comes from those firmly on rafas side.

The patient responses come from those who could see rafas faults.

And a lot of responses came from those who said "what a pointless thread" posting more than once, in this thread.

Now, this thread could well be locked. But the split is there, the arguments, the insults will always be there. Why wont this forum be as funny and interesting as it used to be? Well....

just look through this topic and find the answer.

I think it's fair to see it's pretty even on both sides if this so called fence ! Plenty of people who has supported ex manager and players have been subjected to plenty of abuse by the supposed other side . If you don't follow along with Micks views you get attached all sorts of labels - wrist slashers etc etc . Why the hell can't we just all be Liverpool fans with different opinions instead of being put into boxes across a divide .

I actually think you should refrain from sticking your oar in as much as you do. You're like an old woman who hen pecks away at her husband, not because she does it on purpose but because she's got feck all elseto do except get under the skin of her unfortunate husband, husband in this case being- the rest of the forum.

Have a think about, don't reply with a one liner soaked in question marks or a smart a.rse reply. Just look back and read your contributions to this thread (last few pages especially). You're are part of the problem, like I said think about it!

:) So last nights little fall out contained behaviour which was "fair to say it's pretty even on both sides". It's an interesting interpretation. The "abuse from both sides" is also an interesting one, but then I guess there's abuse and abuse. No doubt you'd protest that someone calling you a wrist slasher was the same as being called some of the stuff that was flying about last night, but I guess it's all opinions.

No matter though, we move on. Yossi Benayoun has left the club, and he didn't like the man management techniques of the bloke who now manages Inter Milan. Funnily enough, neither did I but so what.

We've now got a new manager, and it'll be interesting to see if his man management techniques work any better. I think they will, lots of people think they won't. That's Ok though, as we're all allowed to have an opinion, it's a forum.

Last night was one person going way over the top with some pretty awful insults towards yourself and no one has agreed with so please don't lump other posters in with the actions of one posters .I wouldn't dream of suggesting that what the poster did last night is the same as your labelling of posters BUT that doesn't change the fact you label people when they don't follow your opinion - that in itself is insulting and annoying - why can't we just be Liverpool fans .

I'm not "lumping" anything, I merely responded to your claim that things were "pretty even on both sides". Suffice to say I don't agree, they never have been and I suspect never will be. Any "lumping" was begun by yourself when you started talking about people on opposite sides of a fence. There's no fence involved as you say, we're all supposed to be supporting the same team.

Just to clarify here, there's no crying about any of it on my side, no "report to mods" or any of that old b0ll0cks. There never has been and there never will be. People conduct themselves in a manner which they consider to be fit, I'm simply pointing out that it isn't "the same on both sides". I don't do internet hard man routines, never have and never will.

Then we will agree to disagree because i have seen and witnessed plenty of abuse towards people with different views to yourself - I'm in no way saying that you yourself dish out the abuse but both parties are guilty of it .

I just want to see a Liverpool team playing with a smile on their faces.

Seems like a long time since we've played like that.

We might even read a few smiles on here.
