I wouldn't mind having Joe Cole and Martin Petrov here. Both are free transfers and given the state of the clubs finances, free transfers are probably the best we're going to get in all honesty.

Well, you should know by now wages are included in the transfer budget and Cole will demand silly money. Which he can as City can offer him 100,000/week, which we aren't even close to.
