Better yet just let those who keep dragging it down go elsewhere to moan mate.

no bav, this is not a pro forum, and neither is it an anti forum. its a liverpool forum for discussion of the club for better or for worse. i don't know why some of the firm rafa supporters are getting so upset - there are easily as many staunch supporters posting their support for the manager as there are serious doubters. as soon as any forum begins to dictate what can or can't be said about the club (apart from the obvious abuse) then its pretty much dead in the water.

Pro or anti, this forum has become far too polarized and ego jibes far too personal.

You cant even hide out in General chat anymore

Doesn't really help that is the same topics, same "facts" being repeated as if they actually are and few seem to "take a day off" as it were.

You could have pro and anti Rafa sections, but that would be rather dull. Perhaps if members were to act more like adults instead of kids trying to bait each other and arguing when they are just words typed into the internet, then maybe peace would be restored.

I have made a couple of calls to a contact of mine in the UN and a cyber peace-keeping force will be here soon. I've asked they shoot rebels indiscriminantly, no shooting just the pros or just the antis - but they can shoot anyone on my hitlist any time they like! :p

They will bring some cyber whores with them, that ought to keep some of you distracted. Of course if the forum had a porn section I'm sure there'd be a lot less in-fighting

S@int banned again, what a shock. When will the anti's ever learn, argue with someone and you're the one who gets banned. Post an opinion which differs from a particular mod and you get banned (that's what happened to me). Put a post where you do more than a couple of quotes and you get banned. Swear and you get banned.

Even Bav is saying it's a pro forum, and I can't argue with him. Stalk someone day after day after day after day after day and make no contribution whatsoever to the football chat, simply trying to provoke a reaction again and again and again and again and again? It's Ok depending on who's on the other end of your nonsense. Swear at people, abuse people, jump up and down and stamp your feet, and it's OK as long as your only directing the abuse towards antis.

Anti's must learn their lesson once and for all. You must not stand up for yourself if someone alludes to you being a dole dosser, nor must you stand up for yourself if someone says your son is an alchoholic. If you post too much, expect abuse for that too. If you answer peoples points about the manager and post up new articles that you think people might be intewrested in, you're ruining the forum. If you're tired of trying to debate football with people who often have either no interest in it or are utterly clueless, you are ruining the forum. If you think the team we have is actually quite good, you are negative. If you think that Liverpool Club is still a big player and could attract many a good manager, you're a depressive who is dragging the forum down.

When will those pesky anti's ever learn.

Utter c.ocksh.it - in the majority people get banned for insults and for acting like idiots as opposed to supporting or not supporting the manager . Fans from both sets of this supposed divide have been carded or banned . Half the problem for me comes when people start labelling other people and a divide appears and that rattles people . FFS why can't we just be Liverpool Fans and none of the hyper bole bulls.hit labels that people insist on plastering all over their posts - being called a wrist slasher I see is the latest - utter childishness . We are all Liverpool Fans nothing else .

P.s. Saints recent ban is poor as he was most certainly provoked and if saint is too be given a period on sidelines then other party most certainly should - equal treatment

This is untrue ....I am not pro rafa or anti rafa...I will claim to be anti G & H and it does appear that the anti rafas show more passion about their dislike for Benitez than the real problem that burdens the club....I would also point out that the pro rafa's and the inbetweeners seem more passionate about the removal of the real blight....G & H

I think the main point id that we are all passionate Liverpool fans and due to this when our views  are not the same as other passionate fans it can seem a bit like a head butt from both sides.

lets hope next season is a better one for the club and for the forum.

Got to say, this is by far the best solution I've heard. A court.

I mean that's not going to cause more problems is it? 6 members of the jury saying "ban S@int he's a c**t for questioning Rafa. Rafa is god" and the other 6 saying "leave S@int alone he's entitled to question Rafa, especially when Rafa is clearly s**t." Then you've got some tit as judge who decides to flip a coin anyway.

Anyway, at the end of the day this is a forum for Liverpool fans. If we agree on nothing else, we all share one love - our club. That one fact should bind us together. There's no need to get personal with insults or go over the top, we are all fans of Liverpool Football Club. We all want what's best for our club, whether we believe that to be with Rafa Benitez at the helm or not. Just because you think Rafa is right for the job doesn't make you more of a fan than those that don't believe it. And those that believe his time is up doesn't make them less of a fan.

We all share the same burning desire to see our club succeed. We all feel joy when we win and despair when we lose.

So keep the pathetic squabbling to other clubs and their fans, Liverpool Football Club doesn't do that. And if you must squabble like children, do it via PM. Remember what every fan criticised the owners of doing? Making our private business public. You're doing the same by these petty squabbles. Keep it in house if it must go on. Not that it should be happening at all mind.

Differences of opinion are only natural. That's what makes a forum tick, but there's no need to go overboard with insults or sarcastic comments to one another. Yes some people will get heated, but just remember that this is the internet, and you're talking to a fellow Liverpool fan. We've got bigger problems at this club, most notably two American c***s, without fans bickering with one another. Let is pass.

State your opinion and respect that of others. If you can't do so, then you ultimately shouldn't be on an internet forum.

And this isn't a dig at anybody in particular and it doesn't exclude anybody. It's a general message to all of us.

Moderators have to abide to the rules they set if they expect others to follow suit. While general posters have to abide by the rules or expect some sort of reprimand. And despite the saying going something like "rules are there to be broken", common courtesy isn't. So again, state your opinion respectively and respect everybody else's.
