I swear some people are willing for us to fail on the pitch just so they can say they're right about Rafa

Unbelievable behaviour  :no
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

Great achievements in Europe a few seasons back, but be honest the second final was harder to lose, but he managed it.
As for finishing 2nd! ffs how long has he been here? and it was only the fear of getting the push that made him go for it.
Hes been in his comfort zone again this season with his contract so he hasn't given a fk, he's just played his natural negative game and refused to change right up until the final whistle at Hull  ???

Yeah, I've watched some great football under Rafa Benitez. Hmm, Real Madrid at home last season is just a single example. You argue with that, then you're a clueless bell.

I know I said earlier this was my last post for a while, but I have an hour yet before I hit the town ,so before I get royally smashed out of my skull,  just thought I would come on and bask on the much celebrated high ground for a wee while ,So Rafa wants to stay :;):  I for one am delighted completely justified in my faith that the man wouldn't desert us in our hour of need :D

From what Rafa has said,I dont think he will go to Juventus.I dont think he will go anywhere unless he is sacked and the Yanks sure as fuc'k wont pay to sack him as it will a lot of money out of their pocket, they have nothing to gain by loosing him and nothing to gain if he stays cause as soon as an offer comes it they fancy they will be off!!
There is a major stalemate here...nothing will change until someone buys the club, its gonna be a long summer!
Im worried sick now,if we dont get a buyer over the summer (and quick) we are gonna be left with what we ended the season with. The yanks wont spend a penny so we are gonna have to sell players to bring in new faces and lets face it anyone we can afford to let go aint exactly worth megabucks...basically if we let the likes of Yossi go we can expect the same calibre of player back..worrying times!
We need to hope there is someone out there who wants the club and wants to invest before next season. Will they come in and pay whatever it costs to sack Rafa on top of that...Id doubt it.
I reckon we may get a few cheeky bids in the summer and I reckon the stingy cu'nt yanks will hold off hoping for bigger bids. Its very possible that they could hold on all summer and accept something before the season starts in the knowing that its hard to sell a club during a season. That would be a terrible scenario..we'd have no time to sign anyone! This is probably just a pipedream.God only knows what lies ahead..scary times!

Can I just say...I dont get the time to post on here much but I do pop on the odd time for a quick read, people are worrying about what the club has become..that is granted. But I worry about what the fans have become too.
Soooo :censored: many idiots about here now do nothing but abuse a and ridicule the manager, and that is all they offer." :censored: off rafa you fat :censored:" etc...not acceptable..bang out of order, you are not Liverpool fans, you are a disgrace and you insult real fans with such bile. There are many on here who are critical of Rafa and have been for some time...BigMick and Saint for example not my mates or feck all but at least they give their reasons for wanting him off rather than mouth spiteful hate..for thats all it its.Personally I think anyone that insults the manager in such a way should be banned..he may not have been as successful as we have had hoped but he has given 6 years of his life to this club night and day.He does not deserve such disrespect and abuse from silly little glory hunting gimps that mostly started supporting the club in 2005!

Anyway ideally in my mind I think Rafa needs to go...I dont dislike him in any way,I just feel that there has been to much going on at our club besides football and things have become a bit dirty...We need a fresh start, new owners, new manager, new players!
The priority is though and always has been...owners out first, then we should take it from there!

TBH, I don't care if Rafa stays or goes. But I do care if our owners stay or go. They are the biggest and only issue at this football club as far as I'm concerned. The rest of you lost can spit the dummy and talk sh*t about the manager all you like. As if any of you that are doing that actually know better.

I just wish we knew more about what exactly is going on behind the scenes. If the higher ups are pushing for key players to be sold then you have to wonder just how far exactly we are away from a sale or investment. Doesn't paint a pretty picture.

That is where I am too.

Somehow many believe getting rid of Rafa alone will get us back into contention and that is an assessment I totally disagree with as I think LFC is right now a hopeless enviroment for any manager to work in and get the results everone demands.

Just like the name Liverpool means jack **** if the club is run like Portsmouth or Hull. But still people expect title challenge no matter what the circumstances  :no

No money at all for 3 years?
But we spent so much  2007 that I still think we should challenge...
Gonna spill the same :censored: 2012 that there has been money to spend 2007?  :no
