They have home advantage and lets not kid ourself, united are not dead certs to beat them, and this is the sickener for all the games they have lost and there reliance on Rooney, they are still up there. But dont count out sunderland, they could well have as much a say in what goes on there then Liverpool have at Anfield.

Or even a draw for Sunderland would probably do it Kharhaz. If that happened, they'd be on equal points going into the last game with Chelsea having the better goal difference.

As a Liverpool fan I never want us to lose. At the same time I’m sure none of us want to stand by and watch Manchester United overhaul our record number of league titles.
I don’t believe we’ll get fourth place now anyway so I’m not sure the Chelsea result will have any real bearing for us. Does Rafa Benitez decide to give the likes of Dani Pacheco and the other young lads the chance to experience playing against Chelsea, or does he go for it and play his strongest side?
All I know is that if I was out there and we got a penalty in the 89th minute to make it 1-1, there’s only one place it’s going. Right in the top corner – of the Kop!

Liverpool goalkeeper Jose Reina has bristled at the suggestion he and his team-mates would be going for anything other than a victory against Chelsea.
"I don't play for them," Spaniard Reina said. "I play for my team and my supporters.
"I don't care what Manchester United will do. I will play to win on Sunday because I want to make sure we can get those three points and still have a chance of fourth place.
"We are playing at home and we never play for a draw or defeat. We will try to deliver a last home win of the season."
