there was no way theyd be playing Crouch anyways... did he even feature in their preseason games ? Keane and Defoe looked great for them with Modric and Lennon coming from behind... Need to get Gerrard on the ball early.. not sure how Lucas-Mascherano are going to cope but they'll certainly be doing more defending than building up play... Expect Gerrard to have to come deep to collect the ball with Palacios probably trying to stop our play ...

Tell you what mate, listening to these 3 clowns talk about us the way they are I might just need them. Where do they get these people from? They bring nothing to the punditry table.

Id rather listen to the Chinese stream. At least then I don't even know what they are saying.
