Carrol so unluck! saved from the line. He is a real monster on the air.

What i like best on set play is having the camera Focus on Skertel as if he scored in the last decade a header of any sort...

Kuyt Carroll Suarez

Carroll looks like a poor man's Crouch at the minute...of course it is early for him and he isn't fully match fit, but he isn't making an impact other than the bruising battle for hopeless long balls. I can see him going half a dozen games without scoring, or more, like Crouch did, before he starts to deliver.

yes saw it but he was ahead of the defender ,should have done much better.

nice to have a player that will strike the dead ball rather than constantly shifting free kicks so they can be charged down

Obviously he's not looking as sharp as he can yet (gonna take another couple of weeks at least), but to me Carroll seems to be improving by the minute.

I agree ,Carrol looks more then ok considering he is playing his first full games after a long injury in a Liverpool shirt...Unfortuntly we have others which are declining (Meireles ,Johnson..)
