i take your point mate, i just hope you are WRONG. just the thought of Lucas replacing one of them scares me to death,he's not a patch on either an for me will always be just a squad player, as he has been given plenty of chances now & hasn't grasped any with both hands IMO.

'fill in player' at the most, certainly not first choice for me. i wish him well this season as there are certainly a few players who need to prove themselves once an for all. this season is a last chance saloon for players like Lucas,Babel. i won't even mention voronin in this catorgory, as he's not even worthy of a 'fill in' role in the squad. it made me shudder last night just seeing him in the red shirt. it just made it even more of a priority for me that we defo need a back up striker for torres.
