You guys are no better than the people that were constantly bashing Rafa last year.  Get a grip.

Im starting to calm down already. Going to be a long hard season.

Aim for this season, get rid of the cancer. I dont care where we finish, how bad we play or how many we lose by. We must get rid of the cowboys before we can move forward

I wonder will Andy Gray be sucking Roy's balls after this and still be praising the system, which is quiet literally redundant in the modern game. We got swamped in the midfield from the outset.

someone remind he where we finished in the league in Rafa's first season.

I too was wondering who the Chinese lady is sitting next to Kenny Dalglish. Anyone any idea ?

On another note Kenny looks as fed up as we all feel. He's probably thinking ' I could have made a difference '.

All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

We got swamped in midfield because Lucas - Gerrard doesn't work and with Kuyt it really doesn't help! Surprised? do you think we have another fit midfielder at our disposal when we had the :censored: :censored: of a player called mascherano to refuse to play today?! don't you think it affected Roy's game plan? Poulsen isn't fit, Aquilani is off to Juventus.

They where, dont blame them.

:censored: off you tedious tw@t.  Call yourself a fan?  How many fans ENJOY watching their team lose, just so they can have cheap digs at the new manager. eh?

Kewell do I really have to point out the irony of your preaches here?

there's no irony in his preaches. we gave rafa time to prove himself and so on. some "fans" here arent even willing to give Roy any chance whatsoever.

but he wouldn't have, that's the point. He would walk out when it all got too much AGAIN.

we're a bleedin' joke tonight. the formation is a joke. away from home he plays two up front - a joke. Mascherano is a joke - nay, a conniving little ku.nt of a joke.

You can't blame the manager for the lack of quality out there and the fact that some players seem to be pretty lack lustre!

you've set yourself up here Kewell

Rafa won the CL in his first season and then improved in the league and got CL football in all of the seasons we were here (bar his last)
