All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

Don't be daft, made no difference at all. If I was to criticise at all I thought we left him on too long, bringing him off when we did had no effect on the result.

We played well tonight I thought, a good performance.

No mick my point is as soon as he comes off thier deep players started to push on more then they had all game because lets face it he is the guy that was worring about.

He came off against utd didn't he? Did we lose then?

Babel maybe could have made it 2-0 but at the end of the day it was a mistake at the back which cost us tonight.

Shame.....

Looks like it is into the Europa league.

As for their goal, unfortunately i have to lay the error at the feet of the Greek bloke. He has to do better there, head it out man rather than trying to hook your foot around it. Fecks sake.

im angry but agree partly with you.
but the greek??
c'mon this guy is 32/33? if he hasnt got it by now he never will.
its experience he should bring to a game not fall to bits in the last 2 minutes..
he's rubbish mate!!!!

Mick Lyon will have to beat Fiorentina away in there last match. And they have already qualified.

We are out. Simple as that.

I thought we played the pub team nest then Fiotretina in the last match mate sorry. Well if Lyon can get a draw in Italy, the door isn't quite locked on us because we'll beat the Eye Ties at Home, don't worry about that. Doesn't it then go onto a combo of head to heads or some such nonsense. We need to beat them 3-0 at home to cancel out their 2-0 or something? we'll do that.
