we win league by goal difference ........

changed my mind...it's going to be 13-0 with Lucas scoring the winner in the 93rd minute just seconds after Andy Carroll heads in an equaliser at City .....

Nolan sends it wide to Downing. Downing crosses it just outside the box for Joe Cole who nutmegs Kompany and releases a through ball for Carroll to thump in the winner!

I'm forever blowing bubbles,
Pretty bubbles in the air
They fly so high, nearly reach the sky
And like my dreams they fade and die

Fortune's always hiding,
I've looked everywhere
I'm forever blowing bubbles,
Pretty bubbles in the air

Whether we win or lose the elusive Premier League title, I'm still proud that Liverpool pulled off an incredible season.

The most important thing for now is to win the last game at home and celebrate like there's no tomorrow!!

Wishful thinking will get us far. Andy Carroll hat-trick - nil (MCFC)  :rasp

Pretty much my thoughts. City have Aguero back and with him, they look so much more potent up front and I just can't see them slipping up at home but always a slim chance I suppose. I will enjoy Sunday and a thumping win will be a fitting end to a brilliant season for us

like many on here, I just can't see City dropping points tomorrow...but that shouldn't diminish on what's been a fantastic season.  :buttrock

Lets go out on a high (2nd) note tomorrow and nail the runner's up spot with a strong result. Who knows, something might happen tomorrow and its not over until the fat lady sings... :nod

That's the thing to do, we can only make sure we do our but by beating toon for 2nd place, but, there's an outside chance if city fuk up... champions.

What a great day either way to be honest.

We all seem to be focusing on the City/West Ham result but lets not forget we've still got a game against Newcastle that we have to win. Can only hope the team aren't taking it for granted as much as some in here seem to.

Of course it's one we should win, but we said that about the Palace game.
