LIVERPOOL VS BLACKBURN ROVERS - Must win

Liverpool Football Club - Games

It's been a good half, they've all played well, including Maxi, Lucas, etc... The only disappointment for me has been Cole. Most of the play has gone down the right, but Konchesky and Merieles seems to have done more down that flank than Cole.

I think I'd either replace him with Babel/Jovanovic or move into the hole and take off Lucas, which would be hard on the Brazilian and something the Englishman doesn't deserve in truth, but we need creativity...

1000% better!  We haven't seen a half like that since the 2nd half against Arsenal in August.  Hell, we created more chances this half than we have throughout the whole season to date.  Why?  Because we're pressing the ball much higher up the pitch, we're hunting in packs and we're making clever runs off the ball to create space, passing angles and options for the lad with the ball.  Former passengers, like Cole and Maxi are putting a proper shift in, Torres looks hungry for it and is making surging runs again, Meireles is playing some nice stuff and Stevie's buzzing about.  Top stuff and something we've been missing for so long I'd forgotten we could play like this.

But, it won't count for much if we don't take our chances and collect 3 points.  Yes, Robinson's made some nice saves but we've still had chances we should be putting away.  Let's hope the lads add finishing to the second half performance and batter these.

YES, me too, the best stream I've found tonight, and often pretty stable.

Yeh much improvement for sure but lets not get ahead of ourselves, Blackburn are sitting back inviting us to play and we have accepted the invitation ... we just are lacking the class to get thru the bus right now

Very good first half. Its  a shame we haven't scored yet, but I do see goals in the second half for us.

Loads of possesion, and to be honest, I've not seen us play this good for a long time. Good movement on and off the ball from everyone. Come on Redmen get the goals.
