Would love to see that play against Arsenal I think we are in with a chance against them. We play better against big teams and we have a nearly full squad.

Also, I loved what Rafa did against Fiorentina last night. Dont know if anybody noticed but whenever Aquilani came forward, Gerrard would drift further out to the right.. hence the amount of crosses he was putting in. And he has a sweet, sweet cross. Easier for Aquaman if he's closer to the front as he's quite attacking minded player. We played too defensively in our previous matches and with Masch current form, should be sufficient for the defense.

Gets my vote but would Rafa drop Kuyt ?

El Zhar, Riera and Kelly ruled out of the game. I think Rafa will drop Aquilani to the bench and bring in Lucus to give us a more solid feel in central midfield. He will probably start Torres and have Benayoun on the left. It will be interesting to see who plays at leftback what with both Insua and Aurelio being fit.

My guess is that we will see the following:

Reina

Johnson Carragher Agger Insua

Masch Lucas

Kuyt Gerrard Benayoun

Torres

Subs: Ngog, Pacheco (Babel if he’s fit), Aquilani, Aurelio, Kyrgiakos, Skrtel, Cavalieri

Yep, I would agree that this could be the possible lineup - regardless of personal preference to see Aquilani start.

If we are deadlocked into the 2nd half, I suppose he could bring him in to help open up chances.

But he's definitely not match fit to start and might not be able to keep up to the pace of Arsene's team.

I think aquilani will start, we need his type of passes to at least score some goals.

I don't think we will win though, might end up 3-3 or 4-4, both defences are f*cking :censored:

Dont think Aquaman will start for this one judging from this physical fitness but I predict he'll be part of the game in the second half. Probably will start the game after.
