Liverpool Football Club - Games

Postby ycsatbjywtbiastkamb » Sat Sep 21, 2024 6:37 am

We really cant afford to eff this one up, not after last week. City and Arsenal play each other tomorrow as well which means either one or both of them will be dropping points.

Looks like Darwin is getting his big chance starting this one. It's make or break for him this season, so let's hope he finally steps up.

I keep asking what would have happened to our PL challenge last season if we would have played Gravenberch as No.6 ? That boy is a monster

Great first half. Kudos to Bournemouth trying to play football and not sit back but that's suicide against us unless you're City or Real Madrid. Diaz has been fantastic and very happy about Darwin finally scoring and a very nice goal too.

Game is probably over so I would rest a few second half.

He wasn't that good to be fair until late last season. A lot on here (me included) almost wrote him off as a flop. Honestly he's a different player this season.

I don’t think he’d have coped very well.

He wasn’t match fit when he arrived and he found the pace of the league a challenge. Dropping him in at number 6 would have likely destroyed his confidence.

Looking like a player now.

And that would be me (writing him off)...he was pretty shït but probably playing No.6 help get the best out of him ?
