That is an awful lot of stairs to have to walk up after 120 minutes of football.

Istanbul, FA cup against West Ham, UEFA cup back in 01 and this one , LFC you do terrible things to my blood pressure

But its all worth it  YNWA  :D

You have to wonder why we were hitting the woodwork so many times in the league... now we know... it's so that the woodwork will come to our rescue in the Carling Cup Final...  :idea

Absolutely thrilled.  FIrst trophy Liverpool have won since I've been a fan.  Feels great.

I was glad Bellers didn't take a pen.  He was fighting with emotions of being a LIverpool player and a Cardiff fan, and it could have messed with his head.  When I was thinking of who should take them I was actually thinking Johnson because he can shoot and he's shot well today.
