I thought you guys came here to talk about football but the political system in Bulgaria seems to be intwined in your football.  I'm in Belfast mate an we have enough politics and fighting for the whole of europe.  So tell us what system you play, and will you beat us?

Well basicly... we have some new players in the squad and the system is getting clear in process. We have a wonderful goalie who was a transfere target of Man City, but he stayed in Levski. Probbably we'll start with 3-5-2 which will turn into 5-3-2 most of the time at Anfield - DEFENSE :) No, I think we won't beat you, but if your guys and that terrible coach that you've got (houlier) underestimate us - I think we'll get what we can. Most of the fans here expect nothing more than quality football against the high-class opponent. If I have to be honest I EXPECT you to crush us, but I HOPE that we'll kick you out of the tournament. I can promise you hell in Sofia if we get something like... a goal at Anfield against 2 for Liverpool (in other words 2-1). Our boys are fighters and play physical football - hard tackles and lot of quarreling with referee:) They fight if you try to protest against any of their hard tackles - often we have extra red cards than usual :(  My advice to you is ENJOY THE 2 GAMES AND BELIEVE ME - IF WE BEAT YOU THIS WILL BE A HUUUGE STEP FOR LEVSKI AND BULGARIAN FOOTBALL, IF WE LOSE - WE'VE LOST AGAINST LIVERPOOL, NOT COLCHESTER  :D  IT'S GREAT HONOUR FOR THE BOYS JUST TO PLAY AT LEGENDARY ANFIELD! LEVSKI FROM HERE TO ETERNITY!

Could be... could be even 0-5 :p  And we'll see it all these 2 weeks! Good luck - you'll need it despite the fact we're times more weak than you are... even in crisis

Thanks for the nice words, mate! Well right now there's a huuuuge problem in Sofia because of all the bulgarians who dream to see Liverpool game live especially playing with Bulgaria most hated and loved club - there are thousands of CSKA fans who assossiate their red team with LFC (luckily for Liverpool the only simularity is the color :D ) and desire to watch'em live... these guys are trying to enter the stadium in Liverpool's stand and mix with fabulous LFC supporters. I hope you, guys, won't let that happen - there are thousands of Levski supporters who are LFC lifelongs when it comes to Western European Football - I know 5 :)  And there are many more. And YES... because of the reasons I've already mentioned if Liverpool goes to Turkey bulgarians will be there - you can bet on this! Unfortunately I won't be at Anfield - the economical situation in Bulgaria still doesn't allow most people to travel around Europe even for a single football game :(  So I'll be in front of TV yelling at every good tackle and wrong refferee's decision and praying Levski will show dignity and hopefully play in next round. As I said before I can swear if we got beaten by you, lads, I'll give my full support to LFC in the UEFA Cup competition and will hope to see you at the final. Take care, Woof Woof!  :)

When you get the ball, I want you to beat a couple of men and smash the ball into the net, just the same way you used to at Bury," said Shankly. Lindsay replied: "But Boss that wasn't me, it was Bobby Kerr." Shankly turned to Bob Paisley and said: "Christ Bob, we've signed the wrong player."

Thanks one again, fellow! As I said I wish all the best for LFC - I promised you my support if you kick us out - I'll keep my word! And I wish you that 4th place in England - champions league with no LFc in it is like Pam Anderson with no boobs :) And I mean it! Honestly I hope Levski will get it tonight - it's halftime at the moment and I'm all shivering - to see my club at Anfield is more than a bless... to win at Anfield is something for!!! SAMO LEVSKI, OLE!!!

not much attacking play from levski but they do tackle very hard!!!baros is lucky to be walking after some of the tackles he had to endure!!!
