Come on now everyone has to know this is Roy's fault, soon as we go 1 never mind 2 down the lads are out there playing on their own. We have no tactics or discipline, Roy leaves everyone out there to figure it out for themselves and it's not what a manager should be doing, not to mention it leaves the players in a state of confusion and frustration. He isn't a good fit for the club, we need a certain style of play and right now we have nothing. The players are frustrated the fans are frustrated and it shows. Like I said before we need a very strong personality at the helm that can really put his foot down and stamp his authority on the players and the club. Rafa unfortunately could never put his foot down on the players or the club because both defied him in one way or another. If the owners back the new manager once he comes in 100% then we will eventually start to see results.. it kinda depends on who they choose though. Trust me people it isn't the players, we have quality but no depth that's all. We just need someone to galvanize them and it's not :censored:
