BIRMINGHAM CITY VS LIVERPOOL - Sun 4 april - ko: 15.00

Liverpool Football Club - Games

Postby lakes10 » Sun Apr 04, 2010 3:51 pm

whatthe bloody hell was that, looked like our team had only just got out of bed, dont care how much we had the ball we did :censored: all with it.

its paces that beats this team, if you dont use it then they will do one of two things, sit back and take it all day long or sting you right at the end, they always have a goal in them at home.

and as for our players need a rest, well its bloody lucky they play football and dont do other job, send them all off to bootcam for 4 weeks in the summer i say. then they will see what no  rest is like.

Disagree...We are controlling the game but not creating enough clear cut chances
Floyd stepped left and threw the hook that caught Hatton flush under the chin. Finally, the British champ had arrived in that mythical place of which his fans speak: Hatton Wonderland.

Looks like a normal away game to me.

Slow, negative and predictable :(
Have we had 1 shot on target?

We have so many slow moving players it's unbelievable.

Please don't start with the "we are controlling the game".
Means jack all if nothing happens in the last 3rd, something someone should pound into Rafa's head...

Boring game so far, lack of urgency, Benny is a waste on the left side. Move Maxi to the left, Kuyt to the right, Benny behind Torres. That would change the game.

Not enough movement, pace and creativity.  This is just horrible to watch.

Wake me when the game starts.

No sense of urgency from either side. I expect it from Birmingham but not Liverpool.

Torres already looks frustrated.

Even the match commentators are wondering when Liverpool are going to show any sense of adventure and venture forward.

Benny and Insua have yet to combine to create anything down the flank. maxi and Johnson are equally as bad. No creativity in the first half in general.

This team is so Jekyll and Hyde it's riduculous.

I missed the first half, so can't make a judgement but what seems to be the main difference between today and last Sat. Surely the defeat to Benfica hasn't erroded the players confidence that much
