Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

No one likes a snitch or stirrer but he has no reason to lie, especially now that Rafa has left. IMO all things aside if this is true then it shows his man managment skills are seriously flawed.

it still surprises me that people think football clubs and whats goes on inside them is all sweetness and light, things happen managers and players fall out, managers and players move on.

Would you love the club/company so much that you can forgo your career?

leaving Liverpool is hardly forgoing your career, name another club in the premiership that has more players in the World Cup Final for example?

Staying you mean? My point is if a manager already told you to leave, no matter how much you love the club/company, your career comes first. Hence, why he left Liverpool.

i can't remember where i read it, so i can't give a link to the proof. but i'm sure i read that liverpool had contributed the most number of players to the world cup. 13 i think it was, in all. someone else can make up the list if they can be bothered  :D

By the way, Yossi was interviewd on Israeli radio today.
When asked why did he give the interview he said : "It was
importent for me that LFC fans, that most of them care and like
me, will know why I left. I was asked by many of them for the reason".
"I have a lot more things I could say, but preffered to keep it to myself.
Liverpool players know what I mean and understand me".

The comentator in the Sports5 channel on TV (A former football player
by himself) said that he spoke to Yossi about 1 month before the end of
the season, and Yossi told him that he was told by Rafa to start looking
for a team for the next year...
This is not something Yossi is telling now, it is something he told to this
reporter (according to the reporter) a month before season end!

I guess there is lot's of things to be said, and I will not be surprised that
we will hear more stuff from other players too...

I would say that where the Liverpool fans he holds in such high esteem are concerned ,he can refer to the bit about them liking him and firmly put it in the past tense folder.
In fact scrub that .... he can put it in the folder marked serious misjudgements that could still yet bite you on your bony ungrateful @rse ...

Nice to know our European coefficient is looking healthy. What is it anyway BTW, and how exactly do you work it out? Do we have one for the league?

It's right there Mick - 115.371.

Don't know if there is one for the league but if we did it would probably be somewhere close to "stop being a smartars.e mick".
