Brian Durand made a good point on how ridiculious us fans are becoming (making petitions, sending emails, etc...)

Let FSG do their jobs and hope for the best, these petitions and websites are meaningless and stupid

Fully agree, lfc fans are starting to make a real name for themselves as the laughing stock of the league!  Fans should let the owners get on with it!! I hear spirit of shankly are requesting the owners come out and inform fans of their plans for the club!! A load of b*ll*x in my opinion!!
Have some trust in the owners and be grateful hicks and gillette are gone!!

I hear ya benny, its fine if you want Rafa back and you have your reasons for that, but setting up a website to pressure the owners is silly and idiotic IMO

So is branding the Owners as people with less creditibility than the Venky's in the immediate aftermath of Kenny's dismissal.

Fully agree, its very embarrassing having ex-fords strikers/militant picketers looking for something to do and setting up SOS, they will just not let go of the past.

it was the fans who saved the club last time lad, if they had let hicks and gillette `get on with it` we`d all be supporting afc liverpool now.
well, some of us would.

Hmmmm bit of a strange one this. In reality there is no reason whatsoever that supporters (the people who pay to watch their team and will be there long after owners have gone) shouldnt have a say in what happens to their club. A group of fans representatives should be in constant dialogue with club officials in order to keep good communication going and to find out if decisions being made on behalf of supporters is actally agreeable to those same people.
However, we have a strange custom in this country whereby some supporters believe they or any other supporters should have no say in the decision making process and it should be left to strangers who have no real emotional connection to their club.
It is both amusing and disappointing that some supporters actually become angry and say personal and offensive comments to others who want to be consulted in some capacity by the current custodians of LFC

The logical thing for a business man who splodges hundreds of millions of his own coin on a football club is to keep the fans on his side. Dont bite the hand that feeds you and all that.
