Hey St Michael, will we beat Wrexham?

only kidding, I think it'll be close to be honest. Probably 2-1 to LFC or 1-1 draw.

shame, but I don't think we'll play that well.

It's not exactly our first team. None of the Euro 04 players are involved.

The starting eleven for tonight's game is:

Kirkland
Finnan
Traore
Hyypia
Medjani
Biscan
Welsh
Murphy
Cisse
Kewell
Le Tallec

Subs from:

Diao
Dudek
Whitbread
Steven Warnock
Riise
Raven
Potter
Pongolle
Otsemobor
Foy

2-1, 2 form La Tallec, nothing to read into about the result, it was only a friendly with almost our 2nd string side.

Pre season games are usually not important but then again winning becomes a habit.

By all accounts we should have won by a few more against a team playing their 4th pre season game and that was without more than half our best 11. :D
Smith to Shankly:My thigh is a bit sore, but I think I could play.
Shankly to Fagan:Tell him,Joe.He has got no chance of playing.
Smith to Fagan:Tell him to sod off.It is not his leg,it's mine.
Shankly to Smith:Oh no son.You are wrong, son. It is not your leg.
It is Liverpool Football Club's leg.
