When it was said that Rafa needed time how long did you think it was going to take? Weeks,months? It will take much more longer than that. Once again I bring up Fergie and Wegner.

For Wenger it took 18 months and if Benitez takes 18 months to build a team that wins the Premiership I will personally show you all a picture of my @rse on this forum Im that confident it wont happen :angry:

it's out of his control to a degree I am afraid Roberts, no manager and I mean no manger could compete against Chelsea who can pretty much buy whoever they want.

Well why are everyone talking about us turning the corner under Benitez, only if we are winning Premiership titles and European Cups at least every couple of seasons that is turning the corner, finishing behind Chelsea and Arsenal every season isnt
Settling for 3rd and 4th every season isnt what we have waited all this time for

I agree, but i think in another 2-3 seasons under Rafa we will be very close to doing this.

In 18 months maybe he will replicate wenger but i dont mean in what he wins maybe in the quality of the side and the football that is played.  We could very easily still only finish 2nd doing that against Chelsea.

No one can guarantee anything. Even, nobody can guarantee that he'll still alive tomorrow..... if you feel that you're no longer part of the fans that support this great club.... then choose a new one.. live goes on, mate. It's just a game at the end of the day..... pick Chelsea.. as they may win the title this season... but come next year, probably it's Liverpool!!!!
