kuyt because even when he's not scoring he gives everything he has to close down and harrass defenders, berbatov just doesn't look interested at spurs, even his brother said he's known to throw his teddy

I like Kuyt but if it was a choice between him and Berbatov it's be the Bulgarian anyday of the week.

Desire only gets you so far without talent. Personally i'd rather be a manager and have to motivate a talented player rather than trying to coach a hard worker who lacks ability.

I think Berbatov is another case of a player where people say they wouldn't touch him because of his attitude, but if we signed him they would be creaming over him within weeks.

Berbatov.  He is an absolute class act.  One of the best strikers/playmakers in the premiership in my opinion.  Yes he has got issues with his temperament and general personality but i think that is only because he is at spurs, who at this moment are a struggling club.  When things were going well for them last year nobody questioned his attitude and commitment so i think if he ever came to Liverpool or a club like this he would fit in a lot better with the more quality players.  I lso think that Benitez has shown with players like Pennant and Bellamy that he can handle players with that sort of attitude.

In terms of missing Kuyt, from watching the last 2 games ive noticed that Vorinin is a pretty similar type of player.  Hel run his socks off for 90 minutes and beyond and i think he is a more all round player than Kuyt in terms of goal threat, pace and positioning.  I thereofre chose Berbatov as he would give us that extra bit of quality up front because we only need 1 Kuyt/Vorinin type of player, and id choose the latter at the moment.

Kuyt is going though a lean spell in front of goal but it will come good again

Sorry Nanny this made me chuckle, "lean spell" "come good again" ?

If you consider his lean spell since Feyenord then yes I'll agree, if you consider him to "come good again" since Feyenord. Then yes I'll agree, but if not I'd simply say your having a bubble. :D

Maybe i was maybe i wasnt :D Surely i can dream

But weve gotta have some hope for Kuyt after all who am i to question Rafa and Marco Van Basten.

Berbatov.  He can do things with a ball which Kuyt can only dream of.

Well Berbatov is the logical answer but I think Kuyt works very well with Torres so I will go with Kuyt.

Thank you
