I see that you are new to this forums and this is your first post. Well, Beattie is a good player but we already are getting Cisse if you are not aware of this anyway and Beattie is not the type of striker that would suit in our team anyway..

Who I dont no, as i'm waiting to see what kind of pulling power this new guy has.
Going by is track record I have full confidence he will sort these 2 positions out.
We have Owen and Baros and Cisse is on his way
To be honest I havent seen Cisse play alot, but if he's keeping Anelka out of the French team he must have talent.
Beatie, once i would have said YES sign him
Now, No, as i think (hope) i will be happy with Baros,Owen and Cisse

Before you post search topics so you aren't posting things that have already been posted.

We shouldn't sign any more players other than Cisse.

The new manager needs to learn about what he has, put in place a system, then from there decide what players we need.

How can we decide if we need a right midfielder if we don't know what system he wants to player?

What makes you think we need a pacey centre half? We might play with a deep defence again...

We need a manager and a system before we sign anyone. Maybe in Janurary he should be given the money.

Appparently, Anelka is not in the French squad becuase Santani and him have bad blood between each other, otherwise he would be in, I think thats the real story behind it DAV

Hard to say, it's quite obvious France have a lot of good strikers to choose from when they are all available:
Henry, Trezeguet, Marlet, Wiltord, Cisse, Anelka
