The F.A. are looking into the incident and the club may get a fine cause of this.
As much as I hate Rooney he is a good player, I doubt very much hes happy at United, that celebration is cause hes an evertonain .
But I think he will be the maker of his own destiny I maybe wrong but I can see him getting into an awful lot of trouble both on and off the pitch and fergie will have thrown 30 mill down the drain.

My brothers mate Woodsy was sitting in the front row of the Lower Centenary.  Got on telly and all that.  Rooney was taking a throw at one point so Woodsy started slating him (as only Woodsy can - really funny ba$tard he is!!!) and Rooney spat in his general direction but not actually at him.

Also I would like to think that LFC fans are the best in the world, yet that reaction is one of a mindless thug.  This club is too big to sink to that kind of thing.  He/She should  be banned from Anfield

funnily enough, on 606 on Five Live a couple of hours ago they said they had just received a text from Rooney to thank the Kop for his new phone, it even had £20 credit on it.

It's getting quite amusing rather than being a serious issue now, which is a relief.
