Yes indeed you only have to look at Arsenal since Henry left it puts more onus back on the team to perform instead of it being all about one man and liverpool have proved it this season without him they can do without him so get rid i say

maybe they dont wanna perform to their best in case they get in his way

he cant be great all the time but when you're behaving negatively on the pitch the negativity tends to project to the rest of your team mates thus affecting them.

Anyway ...have to agree with ciggy on the point that voronin passed to gerrard because gerrard earlier lambasted torres for not leaving the ball to him.

Voronin had to hear it...as i can't think of any other reason he will leave that chance to gerrard.

If there was somebody else behind him instead of gerrard, voronin would have buried it.....

It just goes to show gerrard does have a lot of pull in the club.

Rock - the mess that was a good chance not taken by three Liverpool players was just that - a mess. They all tried to find a player in a better position, someone needed to take a shot sooner and didn't.
