What a hat-trick that would have been if the volley had been allowed.

Owen not playing will intensify the speculation, still hopeful he'll stay though.

funny you should say about the shirts with the names on
i was talking to my mate about a hour ago , he took his son into a shop and got him a new liverpool shirt , his son aske to have Owen on the back they told him to waite and see if he stays. in the end his son got Gerrard put on the back

Its not harsh in my mind to give everyone a free shirt with another name on it at all if Owen left with barely a ball kicked. In response to Azriahmad it wasnt a case of having a go at Michael. I realise that he has served us well but we r the people who have paid his wages for years. Surely we deserve some honesty off him?

have us fans gotta go through anything else before the start of the season?

at this rate wer're going into tomorrow's game with this fcuking big cloud over us.

* Owen deal unconfirmed by either party

* Barca's director suggesting Garcia is happy at the Nou Camp

* Nunez or Juanfran?? who knows??

* Alonso deal done or is he about to be pinched from under our noses by Madrid??

Ok, so there's a prematch press conference today but if none of these deals are rubberstamped by 12:00pm then we will almost certainly go into tomorrows game with the media (and SkySports especially) still speculating. Hell, we could win 10-0 and the match wouldnt get a mention.

All this farce should have been sorted by now, for so many issues to be outstanding the day before the start of the season is the fault of the club. If this begins to take its toll on the pitch then you can sure as hell blame the board for that aswell..

it is a sorry stae of affairs st mick, and in the end the fans have to cop it, without knowing what the fuk is going on. :angry:

Shoulda been sorted b4 going into an important match, can't be doing the morael of the players any good.
